At EARTHFORM STUDIO, every artwork is printed to order specifically for you.

Because our products are made on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

After review, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

Order Changes

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
