What materials are your prints made from?

Our artworks are printed on premium FSC-certified matte fine art paper using museum-quality archival inks for exceptional detail, rich color, and long-lasting durability.

Are the frames included?

No. Unless otherwise stated, all artworks are sold unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that best suits your personal style and space.

What sizes are available?

Our standard sizes include:

• 40 × 60 cm (15.7 × 23.6 in)

• 50 × 70 cm (19.7 × 27.6 in)

• 60 × 90 cm (23.6 × 35.4 in)

• 70 × 100 cm (27.6 × 39.4 in)

Available sizes may vary depending on the artwork.

How long will my order take?

Production takes approximately 2–4 business days.

Estimated shipping times:

• United States: 5–10 business days

• Canada: 7–12 business days

• Australia: 7–12 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide.

How is my artwork packaged?

Each print is carefully wrapped in protective tissue paper and shipped in a durable kraft tube to ensure it arrives safely.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the artwork and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I return my order?

As each artwork is printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.
