Refund policy
At EARTHFORM STUDIO, every artwork is made to order. We are committed to providing quality products, transparent refund policies, and reliable customer support.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All EARTHFORM STUDIO Canvas Wall Art and Art Prints are produced on demand after an order is placed.
For orders outside the United Kingdom and European Union, we generally do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, unless required by applicable law.
This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
2. UK & EU Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the United Kingdom and European Union generally have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason.
For orders delivered in multiple packages, the withdrawal period generally begins when the final item is received.
To exercise this right, please send a clear withdrawal request to support@earthformart.com before the applicable deadline. You may also submit your withdrawal notice through our EU & UK Withdrawal Request form.
You may notify us of your decision before delivery. Any longer withdrawal period required by applicable law will be honored.
Products genuinely made to individual specifications or clearly personalized may qualify for statutory exceptions. Standard designs and size selections are not automatically exempt simply because they are made to order.
3. No Physical Returns Required
EARTHFORM STUDIO does not require customers to return physical artwork for eligible refunds or statutory withdrawals.
For valid UK and EU statutory withdrawals, we will issue the refund required by applicable law without requesting the return of the artwork.
Customers may keep, donate, or responsibly dispose of the item.
No return shipping costs or restocking fees apply.
Please do not send artwork to our production partners or registered business address.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@earthformart.com.
Include your order number and, where available, clear photographs of the artwork and packaging to help us assess the issue.
We will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Physical returns are not required.
Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods are not limited by any suggested reporting period.
5. Refund Processing
For valid UK and EU statutory withdrawals, refunds will be processed without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, without requiring the artwork to be returned.
Refunds will include payments required by applicable law, including original standard delivery charges where applicable. Additional charges for premium delivery services may be excluded where legally permitted.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
Refunds relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect goods will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before production begins.
Once production has started, voluntary order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights that apply to your purchase.
