Refund & Returns Policy
All EARTHFORM STUDIO wall art prints are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Return Authorization
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the request has been reviewed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled only before they enter production. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing an order. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.
