At EARTHFORM STUDIO, every artwork is made to order. We aim to provide reliable production, transparent shipping information, and a smooth delivery experience.

1. Production & Delivery Times

United States: Canvas orders are typically produced and dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation, with delivery expected within approximately 7 calendar days of purchase.

Other Eligible Countries: Canvas orders generally arrive within 7–15 business days, including production and shipping.

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on eligible Canvas Wall Art orders to eight countries:

United Kingdom
Germany
France
Spain
Italy
Netherlands
Poland

Art Prints: Shipping destinations, rates, and delivery estimates are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

Express Shipping: Where available, customers may upgrade by paying the difference between standard and express shipping costs. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and pricing.

Shipping eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with available tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages or on different dates.

4. Address Changes & Cancellations

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

For address changes or cancellations, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started or the order has shipped.

5. Taxes, Customs & Delivery Delays

Applicable taxes, import duties, or additional charges may apply depending on your destination.

Delivery may be affected by public holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, peak periods, or carrier disruptions.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
